Staking

Kita incentivizes the continuous holding of KITA tokens to establish a sustainable token ecosystem. Staking is also used as a means to participate in governance, and KITA token stakers can participate in special events or gain bonus opportunities.

Staked KITA tokens are not liquid, meaning they cannot be transferred or sold, and they cannot be unstaked for a certain period. Staked tokens can be used to participate in governance votes related to the DAO.

Kita introduces a governance mechanism that allows staked KITA token holders to vote in favor of or against various proposed changes to the ecosystem. Each KITA token that is staked has voting power, and the more KITA tokens a holder has, the more they can influence the voting results. Further details on this will follow.
